About the event

The world needs excellent leadership. Human, people-centered intelligence that enables any leader and manager to lead themselves, inspire others, foster a healthy team culture and by doing so, to meet the demands of the organisation.

Designed for anyone in a management role, leadership position, NextGen in any type of organisation. Great for individuals and for teams. Each participant will take a self-awareness psychometric survey prior to the conference, providing a strong reference point throughout.

Comprising a blend of talks, discussion and workshop style exercises, the day will be active, practical and stimulating. The Leaders team - Phil, Kareena and Nicole - will speak and facilitate throughout, bringing their expertise in applying insights from self-awareness psychometric surveys and experiences across the CI and UK.

The key themes for the day are:

• Know yourself - undersatnd your personality style, mindsets and motivators.

• Lead yourself - practical strategies to play to your strengths and address blindspots.

• Know others - empathy, healthy respect and trust.

• Lead others - inspire others to achieve great things.

Every partipant will take a self-awarenss psychometric survey prior to the confernece (link and passcode included in the confirmation email).

The conference is cabaret style, around tables of 8 to 10. You can book as individuals or as a team of 6 to 10 people. When booking as a team, please include a note with your booking and/or we can dseign a specific ticket for you if preferred.
