Leaders is a trading name of Leaders CI Limited, a Guernsey registered company (71603).

At Leaders, we are committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of our customers and adhering to The Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. This Privacy Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you while you visit our website.

Information we collect

Leaders only uses information you provide to us; we do not obtain information about you from any third parties without your knowledge. This information can be provided on our forms, email, internet communication methods, in person, via the telephone, via assessment sites.

We may collect data relating to:

  • Your name, address, email address, telephone numbers and other contact information

  • Details of payments you make to us

  • Your billing requirements (to pay your invoices)

  • Information about how you use our services, including training courses.

  • Human data (e.g. personality type) including from psychometric assessments that you have completed. 

How we use your information

We use your information to meet your particular needs, e.g.

  • Administration of a training course

  • Provision of coaching, training and consultancy services

  • Subscribing to our newsletters

  • Responding to your queries.

  • Paying your invoices.

We will not automatically subscribe you to our marketing database. We will not provide your information to a third party unless required as part of the service we are providing to you, e.g. for awarding certification when completing a training programme, recruitment insight during a job selection process (see next note). Where we provide data to a third party, this will be made clear to you before you provide us with the information that will be shared.

When providing us with information via psychometric and other human data surveys as part of an employer-sponsored exercise, some or all of your information will be provided to your employer and subject to their policies unless they expressly request that we don’t provide them with the data.

When working with clients under a consultancy arrangement, our agreement includes additional confidentiality clauses.

Recruitment Insight

We provide insight to our clients as part of their recruiting process, including interpreting data from psychometric assessments and other human data tools. In these instances, we will provide your information to your prospective employer or their chosen agent. The information is then subject to their own data protection and privacy policies. We can provide a copy of your raw data to you on request.

Transparency

You can ask us anytime what information we are holding so that you can choose how it is used, ensure that the information is up to date or deleted if no longer relevant. You can unsubscribe from our marketing database at any point or contact us to be unsubscribed from our database during normal working hours.

Security

We take the security of your personal data very seriously. We take appropriate organisational and technical measures to prevent unauthorised access to your information.

Website specific information

We do not use cookies or similar tools to track your use of our website or collect your data. We collect information provided voluntarily by you, e.g. when you subscribe to our newsletter or use our contact forms.

Disclosing Your Information

We will not disclose your personal information obtained via this website to any other party other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in the circumstances detailed below:

  1. Where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information.

  2. To further fraud protection and reduce the risk of fraud.
