Having achieved degrees in Child, Family and Educational Studies as well as Theology, she has previously worked as a teacher, a senior leader at an Elim Pentecostal Church and is an ordained Reverend. Nicole has helped with charitable projects around the world and is an appointed RAF Air Cadet Chaplain.

Nicole draws on her experience in teaching and theology to work closely with clients, inspiring them to question and challenge existing ideas. She is passionate about teaching others to excel in the skills they require to succeed and flourish, listening, encouraging and supporting people where needed.
