About the event

Excellent leaders create a living legacy, recognising that their impact with people today is what contributes to an enduring legacy rather than achieving fast gains at the expense of relationships, community and integrity.

In this lunchtime session we will explore true legacy; leading with purpose, making a deep impact today whilst leading with a long term horizon in sight and a keen awareness of the systemic interdependancies of their own organisation with the local and global community.

Drawing on our experience with leaders across the CI and UK in a wide range of settings, we will spark discussion around tables and include some succinct exercises that will help consider how to create a truly lasting legacy.

A buffet lunch is included.
